“Distinctive”? Probably not as much as plenty of other cities, but to be fair, you are showing only an incomplete Back Bay skyline, not the busier Downtown/Financial District skyline – which has a couple dozen skyscrapers, and a few buildings that are quite iconic (eg the Custom House, the State House dome).
Admittedly, two buildings that you drew (the Hancock and the Pru) are the tallest in Boston, but you’ve placed them in a super-weird orientation – too far apart and with the R2-D2 building to the right of the Pru – which I think is impossible. And you’ve left out the old Hancock (now Berkeley) building, which is probably the most beloved of the city’s skyscrapers!
