It doesn’t seem like it, because compared to the last page monster-Carrie is holding the phone further out (to account for that neck-arc). You’d have to be looking into her eyes in either world. It seems like the human vs monster worlds are somehow in sync despite being quite physically different.
But that raises plenty of further questions, like if Allison just grabbed the end of Carrie’s tail and asked “what am I holding?” and Carrie deadpan-answered “my tail…?”, that would be consistent for monster-world. Or perhaps it would cause something else to happen from the contradiction. But then if it doesn’t cause that, what is that conversation like on the human-world side? Does it (somehow) get forced into sync? If Allison records a video, does it also morph to different versions of the “same” events depending on the world she’s synced with…?
I’m sure the answers to these questions are tied to important plot points though, hence the suspense…
