Chapter 4 Page 13
Biking–another activity one ought not to do when recently concussed! At least we can be grateful she’s wearing a helmet.
Not counting title pages, guest pages, etc., this is Brainchild’s 200th page! Thanks for reading and sticking with me this far.
UPDATE 5/9/2021: No new page up this Sunday; I had my second Covid shot a few days ago (and believe me–very glad to have had it!!) but I did have a pretty nasty reaction and needed a few days thereafter to rest up, plus have had some other pressing work stuff to attend to first. Not sure if the new page will up before next Sunday, but hopefully as soon as I’m able!
oh god I’m afraid her face won’t be there
hahahaha I don’t mind spoiling that nah, she’s just being ominous as a habit
“I”m not Tommy!!”
This was my feeling too D:
Congrats on the 200th page!! Can’t believe it’s been 7 years!!? Thank you so much for sharing with us :)
I wonder if Allison is traveling between these two realities (or seeing the difference somehow) because she’s somehow gotten separated from the alternate/monster version of herself–as in, with most people, the two versions are integrated somehow, but she & Nosilla became unstuck?
Nothing in the comic so far has actually suggested this (I don’t think), I’m just spouting off theories from my head… also the coloring is amazing as usual
it’s a popular theory, I think.
Why does Allison have a John Carpenter’s The Thing movie poster hanging above her bed; I am now more terrified of her than Nosilla
she’s a horror fanatic! :>

We understand. Hope you feel better soon!
Congrats on getting the shots tho!
long time reader, first time commenter! just wanted to say how much i love this story, the art, and the characters. even though this is more sci-fi fantasty, it all feels so natural and real. im really grateful for this amazing work!
Thank you so much!

I… Have My Theories.
While Allison is present, Nosilla is also present. Even if most characters can’t see Nosilla, she’s there. She can see, she can touch things, she can move things … so now that Allison has given her physical access to all the resources she wants to see, why isn’t Nosilla looking at them?
Wouldn’t she be rifling through the files or whatever with at least as much fevered dedication as Allison? More, in fact? Why the heck is she sitting over there on that chair?
I don’t think she can always touch things? In this case, I think this is Alison’s room, so there’s probably not much for her to dig thru
congratulations on 200 pages!!!
