Chapter 4 Page 26
When you accidentally unlock level 30 drama you didn’t even know existed.
(Thanks for the wait again on this one, everyone! I had two really busy weekends in a row followed by a bout of feeling-gross-ness–thankfully not covid, keeping masking up and get your shots, etc. etc.)
(Change “lead” to “led” in the last panel and delete this comment)
whoops, still a little brain-fogged apparently, fixed! (Also I will leave this comment up because I like to be honest about my typo-correction contributors.)
Gosh, circa 2000s mobiles
Forgot to mention here but think I did on a previous page that the setting is also more or less completely contemporary and Allison just uses a dinosaur phone
She’s lucky that it still works. I had to replace my last phone like that when the keypad fell apart.
Mine was the charger socket. Current just didn’t flow anymore. At first I could sorta wing it by using some heavy object to apply pressure in a certain way but eventually there was nothing that worked anymore.
Now the battery on these things lasted for entire weeks, but when it’s empty, it’s empty, and when you can’t charge it up anymore, the phone is pretty much a brick.
I know! =D I know they’re considered “old” now, but I still have a love for flip phones. <3
Not to mention phones with slide-out keyboards – the first few phones that I *personally* owned were sliders, and I had to look to find models with slide-out keyboards. Now? Nobody really seems to make them, anymore. 3'=
Now I have to deal not only with my keys not having a clear, physical separation from each-other, but they cover part of the screen. X_X And sorta-helping one of those makes the other worse. -.-;
Maybe it’s not that Allison is the only one that can see monsters, maybe everyone else is just too busy with their own job bullshit.
[hearty laughter that devolves into weeping]
hoo boy, that one cuts deep!
So the guy is a mess right now, not by default, hmmm
I just wanted to say that I love your art :)
Man honestly at this point Allison should probably just tell her something tangent to the truth about why she’s so insistent on Ribaldi.
(Nice username!)
Oho, seems Allison has now accidentally stepped into whatever weird university politics game the teacher is playing and thinks everybody sees, haha. And maybe everybody lives in their own little world, a bit.
