   I realize we don’t know why shes suddenly bleeding, but I can relate to this as I have random wounds like such on a regular basis.

     I know this feel. High pain tolerance leads to the occurrence of ‘oh hello bruise I didn’t notice, what did I do this time?’ Happen with cuts too, but less often.
