She needs to figure out whether she is hallucinating. I mean, us readers are fairly sure Nosilla actually has four eyes but I *also* believe Allison’s friends and acquaintances have not transformed into monstrous simulacra. From Allison’s point of view it’s possible this Nosilla creature is a normal human being (with some strange issues) who she is seeing as a monster.
I just found this comic a couple weeks ago, and I’m really digging it so far. The character designs, the dialogue, the premise (what we’ve been shown of it so far), all of it has been pretty awesome. I especially love the layout of panels 3 and 4 on this page: the way they’re divided really reinforces that Nosilla is (currently) winning the scene.
